About Cap Pannell
An official illustrator for the U.S.Postal Service, Cap Pannell has been a designer, illustrator, and painter for over 35 years. Cap works in both oil on canvas and a multi-media printmaking technique. He lives in Dallas with his wife, a writer. His interest in imagery encompasses expressive realism in portraiture, still lifes, and conceptual works.
